  • Realized 10-point YoY margin improvement via cross-functional collaboration – sales, finance, operations – and revenue growth management adjustments to the go-to-market plan inclusive of promotional pricing strategy revisions, product mix optimization, trade terms update, and direct-to-consumer channel prioritization
  • Developed long-term turnaround plan featuring 5-pillar strategy to drive brand health, consumer engagement, 30% YoY growth in year 1, and a 4X increase in category volume year 5
